Fuel Line Setup Help

Ok here is what I have

tank-->Walbro GSL-392 fuel pump--> Wix 33737 filter--> firewall Passenger side F.A.S.T. rail port--> out front port and into drivers side front port.

My question is this

1. Does the Walbro GSL pump have the fuel pressure regulator internally as it is for a Vette

2. If it does not have the fuel pressure regulator, where should i put the fuel pressure regulator?

3. On the F.A.S.T. fuel rails, do you need to run a return line back to the tank or can you just cap it and put a fuel pressure gauge and then the return line will be from the wix filter back to the tank instead?

Thanks everyone for the help!
