Picked up a 71 K20
I didn't really need it but the price seemed reasonable so I decided to look at it. This was a couple weeks ago and right along the route I take to get to my Mom's in Iowa. We had a verbal agreement since I didn't have my truck then and the original 292 was tucked away in a corner of the barn.
I was able to get it last night after work- left home here at 7:15 and got home a tad after midnight. Its not in great shape, but it seems to have a neat configuration of options and the frame is not rusty. The frame will need a little patching at the rear where the bumper bolts on but that shouldn't be an issue. I'm thinking I will fix it up to be functional but not fancy and use for a property maintenance/odd job truck. Clean title and SPID/Vinplate/Frame all match. I should let it sit though until I get my 72 done. It may also get a plow put on it since it has nice options useful for that. Pics if it quits raining.
