Cylinder head question

would this product be a direct bolt on for a stock 350? took my old heads to a reputable machine shop and the right was no good to resurface and after some research found out buying brand new assembled heads would be a little more then having a full valve job done on old head plus finding another head to be reworked. has anyone used this product before? what are your thoughts on it? thanks in advanced!
