Replacing transmission cooler lines

My lines running to my transmission cooler are leaking bad. I guess they are dry rotted. Loosing fluid like crazy.

So, I'm replacing them and was wondering about getting the air out of the lines. Will that come out okay via the filler/dip stick tube?

Or should I do something to flush the air out of the output line?

Turbo 350.

Thanks,

Scott
