Help pricing this Frankenstein - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I found this "83" today thats actually older and newer. Its an 83 cab on top of a pre 80 frame I think, it's got a NP205 and a 350 from a 70s Chevy II and a 90s front clip. Its in ok shape body wise and mechanical wise, might be a bit of a headache to make nice though. Hes asking 3500, what should I offer?
