Sandrail from Missouri, help finding builder

Hello everyone, It's been a long time since I've posted, but I'm back. I recently picked up a project rail and am hoping for a long shot here.The rail was built in Missouri by someone named Harold Page. I'm trying to get the build sheet on it, from him, so I can order replacement parts. Anyone recognize the rail and where it might have been built.
