You might not need all of this stuff, but it's just a quick budget for brakes. Using Autozone, NAPA, Advance parts etc.
Front and Rear brake shoes = $50
All new Spring Kit Front and Rear = $20
Wheel cylinders X4 = $50
Brake hoses X 3 = $50
New Master Cylinder = $20
Brake fluid = $10

So far that's $200
O'Reilly's can turn drums if they are in good enough shape to turn. Otherwise add another $30 per new wheel drum.

New brake lines and fittings will add quite a bit of cost too, but you may not need them. Pre-bent brake lines will run about $240 but if you can make your own, you could do it for under $80.

Also, I'd recommend upgrading (when you can) to a safer dual master cylinder.
