MAP Sensor readings

I have a f.a.s.t. LSXRT intake that acts like there is a vacuum leak. We are trying to diagnose it. The Map sensor is giving off a reading of 4.8 volts while off and a 1.31-1.45 volts while running with 1.58 grams per second idling.

does anyone know if that is a normal range?

Here is a link of it running and the throttle lag.
