Nice blue paint but it doesn't look that old. Is there a different color or shade under the hood or in spots that didn't get resprayed?

Was it in Europe when you bought it or did you buy it and have it shipped in? If it was already there and since it looks to be in great shape it may have belonged to the maintenance department at a US facility over there. Over here it could have belonged to the forest service, BLM or it could have been used at one of the dams or hydro power facilities or other govt facility. Nice truck and the tag adds a bit of history to it. It would be interesting to know it's history though.
