guage clock problem

-------------------------------------------------- Ok. I've been looking at my truck trying to get the thing working 100% again. Ok heres the story. I was trying to put in a new dome light and I put in the wrong kind and it sent a surge through my truck. After that I cant get my radio, horn, or gauge clock to work. I looked at the wiring for the clock and there looks to be a ground wire that gos up to the top of the dash and then there is a wire that goes into the fuse box in a slot labeled bat. So between my clock and my battery is there a fuse somewhere like by the engine? Also where does that wire go? I cant trace any to the battery do they connect somewhere under the engine?
