Column Confusion / Steering Column Recommendations?

We can't seem to find what we're looking for so I figured we'd ask here.

For a 63 C10 Here's Exactly what we are looking for in the column:

1. Tilt

2. Column shift for an automatic (Powerglide pattern preferred)

3. Painted or paintable (not chrome)

4. Able to use the original 1963 Manual Steering Wheel

If one of the wants are not possible or feasible please speak up.
