Auto to 4 speed swap!!

Ok guys my truck is a 70 C-10 with a 307 and TH350 trans from factory..I'll be swapping it out for a Muncie 4 speed..I have a few questions before i tear into it..If you all can answer some of the questions for me then i would Greatly appreciate it!

1st?- Can i use the stock auto trans crossmember or do i need a crossmember from a 3 or 4 speed manual truck.

2nd?- Does all the stock truck clutch linkages/z-bar work for the swap.

3rd?- What shorty/mid length headers work with the z-bar and linkages without hitting or interfering with other stuff.

4th?- I have a aluminum bellhousing from a car that takes a 10 1/2" clutch..Which clutch and flywheel would you recommend.. (not putting out a lot of HP/TQ)
