Frame Rail C-Channel Dimensions

Hey folks, I need some info that I could not come up with after an exhaustive search of this site and the web. I only need two measurements. The height, and width of the frame rail itself. The actual C-channel. I know both dimensions change throughout the length of the rail, but if someone could give me those measurements somewhere around the middle of the rail (where it be at its biggest). Hopefully you understand what I'm looking for and can help me.

P.S. Also, it would killer if someone could also get me some rough measurements from the upper and lower control arms too. I might have to draw a picture to show what I need on those tho lol.
