power window regulators on the cheap

Has anyone installed their modified regulators yet? Does the window move through the whole range correctly?

I was worried, looking at the angles in the template and other picture, that the motor is not placed properly. Maybe it's an optical illusion.

Since the gear is repositioned 90º from the arm, it would make sense that the motor would need to be 90º to maintain the same relationship. It's hard to tell but Colgad's looks correct.
