Three on the Tree
I was just wondering--- I changed the clutch in my '71 1/2 ton 2wd last spring and I was shocked to see that there was no crossmember for the rear of the transmission!!!??? I s that normal for my truck?? It sure seems that it puts a lot of strain on the bellhousing? Seems to me that it would have a rear crossmember because I knoe that thing weighs ore that an automatic!
