Unhappy disc brakes pulling and making alot of dust??

i have a 97 1500 4x4. I bought this truck used a few months back. noticed alot of brake dust on the left front wheel. Sense then i have put a set of polished wheels on and now it is very noticable. the truck also pulls to the left while braking but as soon as you release the brakes it qiutes pulling. i have jacked it up and checked for a hanging brake but found nothing. The pads are fairly new as are the rotor. I think someone must have put cheep brakes on this truck before selling it, becaus the rotors are glazed and squeal badly with light pressure adn sometimes after being released. i ruffed up the rotors and they were ok for about a day(no noise). could this be a bad hose, or caliper cauesing them to hang just enough to squeek adn caues dust? I want to fix this but dont want to throw parts at it.
Thanks for the info in adv. Seth
