Top preventative maintiance

I had two of the nuts inside my double wall top break loose. I reattached using a layer of epoxy between the nuts and the top let it cure then injected the rest of the epoxy through the nut so that it would puddle all aroind the nut on the interior of the top. I let cure again then chased the threads with a tap both nuts feel very solid. My question is would it be beneficial to do this to the rest of the nuts before they have a chance to brake loose or did I really screw the pooch with my repair? I will use never seize before reinstall.
