Need electrical HELP!

Im about to run to the parts store and I need help before I go.
I just installed electric fans in my 79 but Alternator cant keep up, any advice on what's the better size I should be running? Figured some of you might have switched to electrical fans and know first hand.

And more importantly, I have no blinkers or brake lights. I have running or parking lights, but when I press the brake pedal nothing. I checked the switch and it works, and has power going to it. Also blinkers don't do anything when I use them but I have hazards.
I am lost, all my fuses are good. any advice?
