Anyone use a cabinet grade plywood in truck bed?

Just tossing a few ideas around. I am stripping the wood from my truck and I would like to replace with something that looks nice, not overly expensive, and relatively easy. The wood I am removing is some type of plywood that was stained and urathaned many years back. I have some 1 1/2" polished stainless strips that came with the truck. They are 1/16" thick and just flat. I will snap a couple pics in the morning since this is hard to explain. I don't need a magazine cover wood bed, just something that will look nice but not over the top. Have any of you used a finish grade type of plywood and been very happy with the end result? Thanks...Bullett
