Do you remember what color the old one was? I know Napa has them but they don't specify what color code goes to which setup. You might also be able to take your VIN to the dealer and see what color TVS their system says you should have. My 1981 setup had an Orange one (CRB 229063) which also has the distributor vacuum advance hooked up to it but Napa also has a black color coded TVS (CRB 229062). You can also search their site under Ported Vacuum Switch for your truck if you need a different color or number of ports. Hope this helps some.
