Is this dually Factory or "homemade"?

cc trucks frame rails are closer together than a regular dually. you will run into that when ordering tool box beds for example. a cc axle on a regular truck you inside tire is going to be touching they dont clear alot on a reg dually even. to make this work you take a c&c truck put a regular bed on it and cut the tubs to widen them. i have been around one or two that was done. one they just cut the tubs off and left it open in the bed
