Looking for help with brake sizes

Hey guys
I just picked up my first 1952 3/4 ton 3600 truck over the weekend and have the brakes pulled off to go through them.
Can someone verify what my truck should have on it for wheel cylinders?
The front shoes are 1-3/4x11 with 1-1/4 cylinders. The rears are 2x12 shoes with 1-1/4 cylinder on the right and an 1-3/8 on the left.. Now I know that's wrong.
So, what should I have ? And where should it be on this rig?
Thanks
