Mustang 2 spindle on stock control arms

Curious if anyone is running a mustang 2 spindle on stock 1963-198x control arms?

I am looking to shed some weight in the front and have looked at my truck drop spindles vs. a set of Mustang 2 spindles i have laying around and there is definitely weight savings to be had.

Since I am also doing a light weight brake, I figured it would be good to change spindles for weight at the same time.

So I am now looking for someone that has put an Mustang 2 spindle on a factory A-arm set up.

What issues did you have beside ball joints and outer tie rod ends?

Any info would be great!
