stock appearing aftermarket steering wheels?

I'm a big dude. 6'2" and 300lb, and have a '64 C10. I currently am able to fit ok behind the wheel, but since the holidays and before I've been able to get back to my outside job, the distance has been closing.

I intend to cut back on the cookies and brewskis to remedy this in the long run, but in the meantime, I'm wondering if anybody has ever run across a steering wheel with a stock appearance that has less of a dish and a slightly smaller diameter. Say like a 3-4" dish and a 15" or so diameter.

I think I could buy myself a little more room for a bit that way. I have considered tilt and I don't think I really like the prospects of the conversion and prefer the more stock look.

Thanks.
