Steering Joint question

on a 1966 c10, i know the rag joint is bolted to the splines on the steering gear, but is the top plate of that rag joint pressed onto the steering shaft or is it on there with a set screw. The front of my truck hit a bridge during a recent snow storm and the holes on that plate that fasten to the rag joint are sheared. i need to replace that entire piece. the new rag joints i am seeing online have are attached to the shaft with a set screw but im not seeing that on the original, any one ever replaced this?
