68' C10 best option for perfect leveling

Whats up guys, I've been reading through the static dropped page and I've gathered some things from everyone's input. A 5in drop in the front and a 7in drop in the rear looks great but isnt really made for daily driving. (correct me if im wrong**) What is more streetable would be a 4'6 drop. I want my truck to be level also, there wont be cut coils. Fresh brand new coils and drop shocks. What my question is would 4'6 be level and still driveable or should i just go balls to the walls and do the 5'7 with little to no repercussions. Also would drop blocks be an acceptable/professional way to get that one-two more inches in the rear? Thanks guys!!
