Djm suspension

I recently purchased a complete djm 5/5 kit for my 87 silverado. The kit included 3" spindles, 2" coils, and a flip kit with shocks etc. upon installing the kit yesterday, we discovered that my brake calipers would not bolt back on. At all. So we massaged the ears on the spindle with a grinder a tad and got it to clear and bolt up. Then the caliper bolt were against the rotor. Also the brake line fitting from the caliper directed the brake line right into the top part of the spindle near the castle nut. So they would not of worked anyway. Has anyone ever had this issue? So we spent 8 damn hours putting new ball joints and 2" springs in my truck. Smh.
