Extended brake flex lines (4x4)

I have a '69 4x4 and I added a lift to it. The outer covering of the flex brake lines have a few cracks and they seem a little too tight. I'd like to get new flex lines that are about 4" longer. I tried a company in town that specializes in custom hose and brake lines, but they had trouble finding the frame side fitting.

Someone must have done this previously? Any tips on where to find the fittings or get lines made up?

Gracias!
-Steve
