Rear Quarter replacement Q's

So I'm finally getting to the point to replace my rear quarter.

I have my repo truck side laying on a table here to cut apart. Am I seeing correctly that I have about 6 spot welds in the tail light area, and that's it on the rear of it?

Then 2 spot welds on the square upright brace.
Several across the top lip
Then cut down the front where I am to splice it
cut tack welds in fender lip.

Then since this is the left side, I have to cut opening for gas fill.

Anything I'm missing on this besides a brain?
