Re: When to torque spindle/LCA/UCA castle?

I think the torque specs for the 85 front end I'm using are 95 and then tighten till you have a position for the cotter pin, not to exceed 130. I just wasn't sure if not having the weight would cause the spring to artificially give me 95 ft. lbs and not have it sucked down as far as it should.
