A little treat for the 'ol daily commute

Saw this pop up on my way to work. Looks to be an all original truck, probably pulled from a barn with the weather up here. No major rust. This is the second truck I've seen for sale in this shape in my neck of the woods this year.

The dash had an interesting sticker on it that says: "Re-powered with new GMC partial engine." I'm assuming that means a rebuilt engine was at some point put in? I didn't open the hood, but there was a straight six block sitting in the bed.

What year is this?

Anyway, I would love to bring this thing home!
