383 Stroker compression test today, 70+K HARD miles

My '84 K10 with a 383 stroker is acting a little tired. Still runs good, no knocks or funny noises, and rarely any smoke from the exhaust. I built the engine 12 years ago, and it now has over 70,000 HARD miles on it. (It was previously in my 66 K20 and I hauled tens of thousands of tons with it). Here is the results of today's compression test. I know being at 5300 ft elevation, I should be really happy if I see a reading of 150 on the gauge.

All things considered, I feel it's basically a sound engine, and might need nothing more than a fresh timing gear and chain set with no slack or slop.
Any thoughts ??
