New Project- 60 SWB/ Wheel trim ring question?

Quick shot of the 60 SWB project I just picked up. Its had a hard life (as many of these trucks have) but it is quite complete and pretty solid. More details on it as it all starts coming together.

This bring me to my question- Anyone know the specifics on these wheel trim rings? I don't recall ever seeing a set like it. They appear to be OEM and even have pinstriping on them. The wheels look to be factory 16".
