Thumbs up BIG price tag on a '66 Pickup

I was watching Mecum auction about a week ago. A 1966 Cheyenne (I think that's the upgrade) short bed came up. It had a 283 v8, automatic, and air. It was light green with cream/white top. It was a fleetside. ALL original but disc brakes. Tastefully restored. Underside like new.
The seller turned down $45,000. Apparently the engine, trans, and air bring out the high rollers.
