exhaust leaks EVERYWHERE!

I drove my truck 14 miles to EDC las vegas (: awesome right? no... right as i got there my exhaust manifold gasket blew, my flange gasket blew, and probably something else. i stayed at edc until 5 in the morning, after listening to blasting music for 7 hours the sound of open headers didn't bother me, but sure bothered my neighbor driving into the neighborhood at 6 in the morning.. okay enough BS

i replaced both gaskets, tightened them to proper torque setting and it still sounds like its running open, i felt for leaks, flange was still leaking, replaced it again and had same issue, got fed up and put that rubber-steel ( similar to jb weld ) on my flange, ( bringing it to exhaust shop and they can deal with it (: ) still can't get manifold to stop leaking, i checked both surfaces, perfectly flat and crack free. any suggestions?
