new to forum

hi guys I am new to this forum thing but I think I could really use your help. I am starting to gut out the whole cab and start to restore everything inside. there is a lot of old dirt, grease etc. inside has anyone found a great way to clean it all out. I don't have the money to have it sand blasted. I was just going to go through and clean everything by hand and sand anything I need to. I think this is how I can show pictures of it.
