NV 1966 heater control, factory paint,new arms

Hey guys. Took this heater control out of a 66 I bought that I was going to build. The cab ended up being more work than I wanted to do so I found another cab that also had nice hearter controls in it so I dont need this one. The center knob has a piece of black tape on the new lever to keep the knob tight. Im not sure why but all the levers are new and I know it works because I was driving the truck. I dont mnow what these are worth so make me an offer.
