How to install radiator support rubbers?

Removed the radiator and a/c condenser but can remember which support rubbers go where.
I did figure out the short stubby ones as belonging to the condenser (i think, by looking at pics of radiator bushings) but can’t remember how the other two skinny ones go on the radiator. One has a metal piece at the tip and don’t know if it goes at the top or the bottom and if the metal tip faces the engine or to the front on the support?

All help/advice in all this is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Mando
