What is this called and where can I order one..

So...HO52 rear end, '72 C20, replacing the bearings and brake shoes..missed this when i ordered new bearings and parts..

Is this a "Thrust washer"?? or something else..and where can i order one. As you can see the one on the top was damaged when the bearing ate itself.. the tab that holds this in place is gone..


Also, what oder do these go in? ...is this right? Washer on the left goes on the hub first then the nut, then the retaining ring, then the nut?
