Bleed over question: Where was your truck born?

There is a topic in the Pickup section about the origins of our trucks, this got me curious. My 1970 Jimmy was an ordered truck through a dealership in San Jose, CA and has always been in the state, yet it was shipped from St. Louis and not the Fremont plant which is only 20 miles from the dealership it was ordered through.

I'm curious if Blazers and Jimmys were made in all the plants that made pickups or just select ones. So to extend this thread over here, where was your truck born?
