TaskForce IFS without lowering
My wife wants to make a TaskForce her daily driver. So that means she wants a IFS, disc brakes, and highway worthy. The main thing though is she wants it to sit like a truck, which means basically no lowering. We'll keep it 2wd and don't want it jacked up, either.
Currently we don't have a frame to use so we can buy either a new frame or buy a stock frame (found one with a cab for ~400) and swap an IFS on it. I've searched and searched but the issue is that everyone wants to lower their truck into the weeds it seems. Open to a Dodge Dakota, Explorer or other frame if it will fulfill what we are looking for. The e-zchassisswaps appear to basically do a body lift, so that won't work. Not looking to re-invent the wheel, trying to do this as easily a possible really to improve the chances of finishing the project. Thanks, Douglas |
