E brake cable differences

I come from the 67-72 world so forgive me if this is a stupid question. An hours worth of searching didn't get me a definite answer.

I am working on a 66 GMC 1/2 ton long bed, the vin number agrees with that description. However I am not sure if some parts have been swapped around. I need to find this sort of e brake cable.

Everything I find for 66 says it also fits 66+ and has the C clip holding it to the backing plate. Is this one a 65 and earlier style or something along those lines? I just need to order e brake cables and can't seem to find the right ones at the parts house or online. It's a dana 44 axle by the way. Thanks!
