I've got the passenger door on, seal glued onto door, window & mech fitted. Latch & striker lines up, the bottom of the door lines up too. Looking at the front of the door when it's closed it's a nice fit at the bottom but gradually comes out as you go up the front door gap. It protrudes out about 1/2" at the top.
