Coil Spring Questions...

Just installed -2" coil springs and -2.5" spindles in my 83 c10 and I'm wondering how long it will take for the new springs to "settle" and how much more do they usually come down..... I also installed a 5" flip kit while I had the rear end out to install new gears and now that it's all back together, it almost looks like the front is taller than the rear. I know my rear leafs sag some so I expected it to be just about level if not have a slight rake, which is what I was after. I also have 275/60/15's on the back and 255/60/15's on the front, so there is about 1" difference in height of the tires which adds to the visual affect... Really I think it's about level, just curious how much I should expect the springs to settle, by how much and how long?....
