The other great thing to watch was how random people were shouting at Martin in the streets........ He was clearly well known and liked in this area where he ran a body shop for 13 years and it included painting many of South London's "Heavies" cars and Range Rovers.

An added benefit of going in with Martin was that we got the paint and sundries at Trade prices which meant saving 20% VAT on the £350.00 purchase. So £70.00 into the kitty.

Today I will spend in bed, as I have more than a man flu, poor Martin had to put up with me yesterday, coughing and spluttering all over him all day in the car and van when we brought the compressor back here.
