Cool what to look out for?

What are problem areas on a 1990 Chevy suburban body seems good...supposed to see one Saturday but owner seems kind of vague on info...I know the frame by the gearbox is a concern. Says I need to see it myself, but that suspension is not great...whatever that means. Leaking areas I need to look for. Just anything besides the normal stuff tires/batt/alt/starter/tune up/brakes/oil change or fluid flush.

1990 Chevy suburban 350 unsure of trans. Miles unknown.

As always thanks for all advice/experience.
