Advice on LS swapping a k10

I have a very good chance at getting an LS and I'm very interested in swapping this motor into my "68" k10 (it's really a 70 with a 68 front clip and bed) the "68" is a longbed th350/np205 halfton and I don't want to do an axle swap or change the transfer case, and I know that the 4l60/4l80 had a driver side front output instead of a passenger like the k10 has so for now I would have to either get the 6 bolt to 4 bolt adapter and then run a new 4l60/4l80 or just run the th350 and of course I'll have to et a new flex plate and and adapter ring I e been told. I'm also assuming that the factory manifolds/oil pan/harness and maybe front accessories positions will have to be changed or altered as well as getting motor mounts, but i just don't want to leave anything out. I would like to do a Holley terminator efi or a fast fuel injection set up and ditch the stock LS intakes to have a more old school feel under the hood still. But I'm sure I'm missing a lot so any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
