MII crossmember- what else do I need?

I found this on ebay.

I found a guy selling MII - arms/spindles/calipers/rotors/springs etc. for a good price locally.

Can I change out the calipers/rotors/spindles so I can run Chevy parts?

Anyone have experience doing this? I can't afford to drop $2K into the front end and would like to keep the stock chassis. My other option is an S10 chassis.

My truck is apart and cab is off the frame ready to either do an S10 swap or clean it up and put it back with updated MII.

Thanks again in advance.
