Door panel mounting problems.

So I'll start by saying that I used the search function with every combination of words that I could think of with squat for results. Just in case this is a really obvious issue that been talked about a couple dozen times already.

I'm getting ready to rebuild the innards of the door (felts, rubbers, etc) I noticed a few screws missing from the door panels, but now that I've got the panel off I see that the PO managed to strip the heads off of four of the screws and totally knock the square nut out of one hole.

Anybody ever deal with this?
