jb9281 Registered User Join Date: Nov 2012 Location: fremont. nc Posts: 272	In cab gas tank? Anybody know how to get rid of the gas smell inside the cab? I have no leaks, and a new gas tank rubber hose with new clamps. I did buy a new vented gas cap. Maybe I need an unvented gas cap. I have just finished a frame off restoration and I never drove the truck before the restoration, so I do not know if it smelled before. the orginal gas tank was in great shape, so I just repainted it.
